What information do I need for a quote?
Share the pickup and delivery ZIP codes or cities, pickup date, equipment type, commodity, and weight. Include delivery deadlines, appointment windows, temperature requirements, and any loading or unloading restrictions.
Does a quote request book my shipment?
No. A quote request starts a conversation. Confirm the rate, capacity, schedule, and shipment details directly with Pure Logistics before treating the load as booked.
Can I discuss a recurring lane?
Yes. Use the recurring shipment fields in the quote form to share your estimated loads per week and preferred shipping days. Include your origin, destination, typical weight, and equipment needs with the shipment details.
What if my pickup or delivery needs an appointment?
Include the appointment requirements and any confirmed time windows with your request. Let us know whether an appointment is already scheduled or still needs to be arranged.
How do I ask for a shipment update?
Call 206-941-3333 or email freight@purelt.com. Include your load or reference number and the pickup and delivery locations so we can identify the shipment.
How can my carrier company get in touch?
Use the carrier inquiry form to share your company name, MC number, equipment, preferred lanes, and contact details. The inquiry is an introduction, not an onboarding approval or load assignment.
