Quote, carrier, and contact inquiries

Our forms prepare your request in your browser. When you choose Send request after reviewing the details, the information you entered is sent through our hosting provider and Resend to freight@purelt.com. Your email address is used as the reply address. Resend processes the message and delivery information to provide this service. You can also choose to send through your own email app or copy the details. Nothing is sent to our team just by filling in the form.

Quote requests sent from the website also trigger a confirmation email to the address provided. It includes the request details and reference number, but no attached files. Optional PDF, JPG and PNG documents are sent with the request to our freight inbox through Resend. They are not published or made available as public website downloads. Files stay on your device until you choose Send request; using your email app requires attaching them there manually.

Quote requests submitted from this website are saved in a private database for the website owner to manage responses, follow-up dates, internal notes, and booking status. Stored records include your contact and shipment details and document filenames; document contents remain in the email workflow. Carrier and general-contact forms are delivered by email and are not saved in the quote dashboard. Resend and our email inbox may retain messages, attachments, and delivery records. To limit unwanted requests, we keep temporary request counts with hashed network and confirmation-email identifiers; those entries expire and are removed during subsequent requests. The forms do not save your entries in browser storage. To ask about your stored quote information, email freight@purelt.com. The quote dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in and restricts access to the website owner.

A quote request does not book a shipment. Confirm the rate, capacity, schedule, and handling requirements directly with Pure Logistics before booking.

Optional Google ZIP code and city suggestions

Where Google ZIP code and city suggestions are available, typing at least three characters in a pickup, delivery, or extra-stop location field starts a search after a short pause. Numeric searches return U.S. ZIP codes, and city searches return U.S. cities. Your search text and the technical information needed to process the request are sent to Google Maps. Other form fields are not sent to Google by this location-search feature.

You can select a suggestion or enter a ZIP code or city manually. Selecting a suggestion fills only the ZIP code or city and state; it does not fill a street address. Check it before sending your inquiry. A location suggestion does not confirm a facility or pickup location.

By using Google-powered ZIP code and city suggestions, you agree to be bound by the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service. Google processes information under its Privacy Policy. These terms and privacy information apply to your use of the Google feature.

The website does not save suggestion lists or location searches in browser storage. A ZIP code or city you select becomes part of the quote details you can review and choose to send.

Website and contact actions

Your browser sends web requests to our hosting provider to load the website. Copy buttons write to your clipboard only when you select them; they do not read your clipboard. Download and print actions create copies only when you request them.
